Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in backend integration automation or bot development
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience building bots for major messaging platforms
- Strong command of Python or Node.js for backend bot logic
- Solid experience with REST APIs webhooks OAuth and async request handling
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases for conversation state and user data
- Familiarity with LLM APIs and prompt design is a strong plus
- Understanding of platform limits message templates and approval flows
- Experience with hosting and deployment using Docker serverless VPS or PaaS
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to bot reliability
- Self-directed work ethic with ability to build bots independently
- Portfolio or examples of bots built

Day to day
- Design and build conversational bots for WhatsApp Telegram Discord and similar messaging platforms.
- Implement dialogue flows fallback handling and reliable message processing for customer service booking order taking content delivery moderation and notifications.
- Integrate bots with LLMs backend services databases CRMs and third-party APIs while ensuring strong logging monitoring and recovery in production.
