Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Strong React proficiency including hooks context and component architecture
- Angular experience to support migration to React
- Node.js or comparable server-side language experience
- AWS experience with Lambda ECS S3 API Gateway or similar services
- MongoDB or comparable NoSQL database experience
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling

Day to day
- Build and maintain member-facing React payment applications and broker portals
- Develop cloud-native AWS services and RESTful APIs with a strong focus on reliability and scalability
- Support payment integrations and internal systems across claims onboarding and data workflows
- Collaborate closely with product design and a small engineering team to deliver features end to end
