- 2-4 years of professional full-stack software development experience
- Heavy user of AI tools such as Claude Code Cursor or Codex
- Strong product and design taste with a clear sense of quality
- Ability to take ownership and drive a product area independently
- Comfort moving across frontend and backend as needed
- Clear communicator who works well with others in ambiguous situations
- Experience building and maintaining production systems used by real users
- Willingness to learn new tools and build from scratch
