- 2-4 years of professional full-stack software development experience
- Heavy use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code Cursor or Codex
- Up to date with recent AI developments including LLMs agent frameworks and tooling
- Strong product and design taste with a clear sense of quality
- Ability to take ownership and drive a product area independently
- Comfort moving across frontend and backend as needed
- Clear communication and collaboration in ambiguous situations
- Experience building and maintaining production systems used by real users
- Comfort learning new tools and building from scratch

Day to day
- Own meaningful parts of an enterprise AI SaaS product end-to-end from idea through production.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and internal business teams to create tools that streamline operations and remove manual work.
