  • 2-4 years of professional full-stack software development experience
  • Heavy use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code Cursor or Codex
  • Up to date with LLMs agent frameworks and AI tooling
  • Strong product and design taste with a clear sense of quality
  • Ability to take ownership and drive an entire product area
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Comfort moving between frontend and backend
  • Clear communicator who works well in ambiguity
  • Experience building and maintaining production systems used by real users
  • Comfort learning new tools and building from scratch

Day to day

  • Own user-facing product features from idea through production for an enterprise AI SaaS product
  • Design, build, and ship AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web UIs across the stack
  • Partner with engineering, product, design, GTM, finance, and customer support to create internal tools and automate manual workflows
