- Deep understanding of website performance CRO and experimentation frameworks
- Experience managing distributed or nearshore development teams
- Strong knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and modern web development practices
- Familiarity with SEO and paid media integrations within web builds
- Experience creating scalable systems processes and QA standards
- Ability to connect technical delivery to business outcomes
- Comfort serving as senior escalation point on complex technical accounts
- Strong operational leadership skills including resource planning and delivery oversight
- Excellent communication skills translating technical complexity into business impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
