Day to day
- Provide exceptional service to customers via phone email and chat
- Accurately input and manage customer and rental information in our database
- Assist with booking accommodations flights and other travel arrangements
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle rentals and manage booking calendars
- Act as a liaison ensuring clear and effective communication
- Address and resolve rental issues promptly and professionally
- Generate and review operational performance reports
