Requirements
- 7+ years of global payroll management experience with a strong focus on the US and Canada
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance HR or related field
- US Payroll certification such as CPP
- Canada payroll certification such as CPP Payroll Compliance Practitioner or CPM
- Additional HR certification such as PHR or CPHR
- Deep understanding of US and Canadian tax regulations and employment laws
- Strong Google Sheets knowledge analytical skills and flux analysis
- Experience with major payroll and HR software such as Workday Gusto or ADP Workforce Now

Day to day
- Manage multi-state and cross-border payroll with strong attention to accuracy and compliance
