Day to day
- Source and manage diverse candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking Software.
- Actively participate in and identify opportunities for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Prepare and manage job advertisements to attract the best talent.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to strengthen appeal to top talent.
