Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of progressively responsible HR experience
- Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance requirements preferred
- Working knowledge of compensation practices organizational diagnosis employee relations diversity performance management immigration and employment laws
- Experience maintaining strict confidentiality and resolving complex employee relations issues
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and UKG Pro
- Ability to translate business priorities into HR strategies
- Strong business partnership and cross functional collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
