  • 5+ years of progressively responsible HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance requirements preferred
  • Working knowledge of compensation practices organizational diagnosis employee relations diversity performance management immigration and employment laws
  • Experience maintaining strict confidentiality and resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and UKG Pro
  • Ability to translate business priorities into HR strategies
  • Strong business partnership and cross functional collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
