Minimum 5 years’ experience in a progressive HR environment
Expertise in building talent, engaging teams, driving culture change and strategic growth
Experience supporting a sales & service organization in a global matrix environment
Success in creating an environment of trust with business partners
Experience collaborating with HR COEs and HR Shared Services teams
Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communications skills
Knowledge of local/state/federal employment laws
Authorized to work in their respective country without company sponsorship

Provide high quality HR support and coaching for Ingersoll Rand’s Industrial compression systems and services business segment with a focus on the Direct Sales & Service organization in EMEIA
Serve as a valued business partner for Commercial Directors and General Manager ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement in areas such as Engagement, Talent Acquisition/Development, Culture, Diversity-Equity-Inclusion, Capability Building, and Organizational Effectiveness
Liaise and coordinate with HR counterparts and colleagues in the HR Centers of Excellence to deliver the best HR support possible
