Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a progressive HR environment
  • Expertise in building talent, engaging teams, driving culture change and strategic growth
  • Experience supporting a sales & service organization in a global matrix environment
  • Success in creating an environment of trust with business partners
  • Experience collaborating with HR COEs and HR Shared Services teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communications skills
  • Knowledge of local/state/federal employment laws
  • Authorized to work in their respective country without company sponsorship

Desirables

  • Experience in an industrial company
  • HR certification



What the job involves

  • Provide high quality HR support and coaching for Ingersoll Rand’s Industrial compression systems and services business segment with a focus on the Direct Sales & Service organization in EMEIA
  • Serve as a valued business partner for Commercial Directors and General Manager ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement in areas such as Engagement, Talent Acquisition/Development, Culture, Diversity-Equity-Inclusion, Capability Building, and Organizational Effectiveness
  • Liaise and coordinate with HR counterparts and colleagues in the HR Centers of Excellence to deliver the best HR support possible
