Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in HR Technology IT HR operations or related field
- Experience with reporting and analytic tools such as Power BI SQL Birst or similar
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Infor Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM or similar
- Experience performing data checks reconciliation or auditing with large data sets
- Exposure to system testing or quality assurance practices including test case execution and defect validation
- Experience supporting HR systems employee lifecycle transactions data management and reporting
- Experience troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with IT or HR operations
- Basic understanding of data integrity system security and user access management
- Experience working with global teams or in a shared services environment is a plus

Day to day
- Support the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of the global HCM cloud system, with a strong focus on data quality assurance and administration
- Validate dashboards data models and reporting outputs used in leadership and analytics platforms, ensuring reliable and accurate business insights
- Provide real-time HR system support across global teams by troubleshooting issues maintaining employee records and improving processes through testing automation and documentation
