- Exceptional writing and grammatical skills

- Comfortable with ambiguity
Day to day
- Utilize pay equity toolkit to identify any gender pay bias
- Identify all job classes in the US and determine their gender
- Recommend potential pay adjustments to address identified disparities
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Additional projects may be assigned as needed
