Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR operations or HR service delivery with multi-country scope
- Experience leading HR service delivery teams and managing escalations
- Strong knowledge of regional employment laws and HR compliance requirements
- Proven experience managing case operations with defined KPIs and SLAs
- Experience operating in a matrixed cross-functional environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English additional regional language(s) preferred
- Experience in shared services EOR or global HR operating models preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS and case management platforms preferred
- Experience leading HR transformation automation or system implementations preferred
- Professional certification such as CIPD SHRM PHR/SPHR preferred

Day to day
- Oversee day-to-day HR service delivery across multiple European countries, ensuring work is accurate timely and compliant
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex sensitive and high-risk HR cases, investigating issues and guiding resolution
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to standardize processes improve controls and support scalable service delivery
- Mentor Employee Relationship Consultants and contribute to transformation initiatives that enhance employee and client experience
