Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in HR operations or HR service delivery with multi-country scope
  • Experience leading HR service delivery teams and managing escalations
  • Strong knowledge of regional employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Proven experience managing case operations with defined KPIs and SLAs
  • Experience operating in a matrixed cross-functional environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English additional regional language(s) preferred
  • Experience in shared services EOR or global HR operating models preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS and case management platforms preferred
  • Experience leading HR transformation automation or system implementations preferred
  • Professional certification such as CIPD SHRM PHR/SPHR preferred

Day to day

  • Oversee day-to-day HR service delivery across multiple European countries, ensuring work is accurate timely and compliant
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex sensitive and high-risk HR cases, investigating issues and guiding resolution
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to standardize processes improve controls and support scalable service delivery
  • Mentor Employee Relationship Consultants and contribute to transformation initiatives that enhance employee and client experience
