Desirables
Experience in DICOM, PACS and EMR workflows

What the job involves
Lead onboarding and implementation process for new clients, working closely with Senior Implementation Managers, Sales, Solutions Architects, and other team members to ensure timely and successful deployment and utilization of our solutions.
Collaborate with clients to implement workflows as defined by the Solution Architect and Clients, set expectations for path to launch, and provide/schedule training for Clients with various teams at Cleerly like Medical Affairs, Technical, and Market Access.
Monitor and report on implementation progress weekly via dashboards and executive summaries.
Complete all project plan tasks, coordinate trainings, and schedule virtual or onsite meetings as needed.
Collaborate cross functionally to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the process to achieve the most efficient launch.
Provide post-implementation support to ensure clients are fully satisfied and comfortable with the product.
