 Lead onboarding and implementation process for new clients, working closely with Senior Implementation Managers, Sales, Solutions Architects, and other team members to ensure timely and successful deployment and utilization of our solutions.  Collaborate with clients to implement workflows as defined by the Solution Architect and Clients, set expectations for path to launch, and provide/schedule training for Clients with various teams at Cleerly like Medical Affairs, Technical, and Market Access.  Monitor and report on implementation progress weekly via dashboards and executive summaries.  Complete all project plan tasks, coordinate trainings, and schedule virtual or onsite meetings as needed.  Collaborate cross functionally to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the process to achieve the most efficient launch.  Provide post-implementation support to ensure clients are fully satisfied and comfortable with the product.

 Responsible for collecting analyzing and maintaining high-quality data to support various business functions including reporting product development commercialization efforts and claims data analysis.  Perform quality checks to ensure claims data meets the company&#39;s reporting standards and requirements.  Clean organize and process data to prepare it for invoicing reporting and other business needs.  Organize data into a meaningful structure for easy access and analysis by stakeholders.  Perform descriptive analyses of claims data to identify trends patterns and insights.  Collaborate with the product manager and other team members to monitor data quality and address discrepancies.  Create comprehensive reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.  Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide accurate insights.
