• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years in a managerial role
• Proficient in Google Workspace, macOS, Addigy, Intune, Microsoft Office 365, Apple Business Manager
• Manage rapidly changing needs within a growing organization including handling IT operations, onboarding new vendors and systems, troubleshooting, providing technical support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Strong customer orientation and commitment to empathy, transparency, and high standards
• Collaborate with various departments to understand and meet their IT needs
