Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in content management, instructional design, or sales enablement
- Proven track record of creating effective training materials and managing content systems
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems and e-learning authoring tools
- Ability to work cross-collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Creative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience in Highspot, Seismic, Allego, HubSpot, Mindtickle or similar is a plus

Day to day
- Overseeing the Content Management System (CMS) and onboarding processes for field teams
- Creating and maintaining high-quality assets like Job Aids, FAQs, and training materials
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content needs align with business objectives
