Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience including leadership experience
- Hands-on depth in service design for complex multi-actor workflows
- Track record in structured continuous discovery and outcome translation
- Experience with platform or B2B2C products serving multiple user types
- Strong technical acumen and comfort with build vs buy decisions
- Data fluency with instrumentation and leading and lagging metrics
- Hands-on experience with current AI tools in product work
- Experience in empowered product team models
- Ability to coach senior PMs and tell a clear product story

Day to day
- Lead a portfolio of product areas within the Content Authoring Platform and shape strategy for complex customer journeys.
- Run discovery, write PRDs and specs, and make build vs buy vs partner decisions on the hardest work in the portfolio.
- Map end-to-end multi-actor content workflows, improve service design, and evaluate practical AI capabilities for authoring quality and accessibility.
