  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS company
  • 2+ years with integration technology such as APIs and Webhooks
  • Comfortable working on technical projects
  • Strong empathy for end customers and clients
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience executing on a strategic vision
  • Experience drafting product requirements and building a prioritized roadmap
  • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment

What the job involves

  • Leading product development from start to finish, managing cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and go-to-market stakeholders to strategize and execute on the product roadmap
  • Determining which integrations to offer, how data is exchanged, and maintaining strategic relationships with key partners (such as Shopify, Snowflake, Segment)
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities, align on feature gaps, and launch products
