Requirements
- Experience leading technical teams ideally cross-functional teams across more than one organisation
- Confident developing releasing and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced iterative environment
- Comfortable working full-stack with stronger backend or front-end strengths
- Experience writing microservices on container-based architectures such as Kubernetes and Docker
- Native experience with AWS Azure or similar cloud platforms
- Well-versed in Agile and Lean principles
- Able to seed new projects and repositories
- Knowledge of strong CI/CD practices and automation of quality

Day to day
- Lead technical teams and mentor less senior engineers across client engagements and internal initiatives.
- Build, release, and maintain web applications in fast-paced iterative environments with a strong product focus.
- Design and deliver microservices on container-based architectures while improving CI/CD quality and automation.
- Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to shape pragmatic solutions and drive business value.
