Requirements
- 4-6 years of product management experience with ownership of a defined product area or feature set
- Demonstrated discovery skills through interviews usability sessions and problem validation
- Experience working closely with engineering and design in an iterative delivery model
- Data fluency including defining metrics planning measurement and reading behavioural data
- Strong written communication that is clear structured and fit-for-purpose
- Experience in empowered or empowered-style product teams with outcome thinking
- Hands-on familiarity with current AI tools in product work and realistic judgment about their use

Day to day
- Own a focused area of the Content Authoring Platform and drive product outcomes across content creation assembly and reuse at scale
- Partner closely with engineering and design in a hands-on execution-oriented team to frame problems discover opportunities and deliver quality solutions
- Use user research analytics and practical AI tools to improve learner experiences influence trade-offs and communicate clear product stories to stakeholders
