  • Own most engineering hiring and the workforce planning behind it across Rosso Platform and wider engineering teams
  • Reset how engineers are attracted by running creative brand-led campaigns events and experiments that speed up hiring
  • Build hiring data metrics and AI-assisted workflows to remove friction improve pipeline management and keep human judgement on final decisions
