Day to day
- Participating in Genetec's global expansion by supporting various departments
- Managing incorporation of new subsidiaries and maintenance of current ones including compliance requests, annual filings, and intercompany agreements
- Drafting new region-specific employment contracts and policies, and updating existing ones while collaborating with HR on international mobility efforts
