Requirements
- 5-10 years of software development experience with recent experience as a Development Manager or Team Lead
- Solid experience with the software development life cycle including requirements analysis design development release version control and deployment management
- Good experience with Agile development methodologies and Java SDK 1.5 or higher
- Experience utilizing SQL and writing queries
- Previous experience with Java Web Applications Servlets Servlet Filters JSP JSTL JDBC
- Experience with Spring Framework 3.x or higher including Spring MVC
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience using HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with web service platforms
- Experience utilizing Object Oriented Programming principles
- Deep understanding of Enterprise Software Design
- Strong leadership skills with ability to lead by example motivate others and drive continuous improvement
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams and management
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to leverage AI technologies and frameworks to deliver software solutions
