Day to day
- Owns company-wide operations, finance, and cross-functional execution to scale the business and improve efficiency.
- Leads collaboration across Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations to strengthen data integrity, streamline processes, and support client delivery.
- Drives process improvement, risk management, and stakeholder reporting while fostering a high-performance culture and exceptional service delivery.
