- 10-12 years of experience in supply chain retail or omnichannel technology
- 3-4 years hands-on experience with Manhattan Associates suite
- Strong functional knowledge of order management inventory fulfillment and DOM
- Technical proficiency in MAO configuration APIs and integration frameworks
- Experience with Java REST SOAP XML JSON and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and debugging
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium TestNG or Cucumber
- Understanding of cloud-based deployment models for Manhattan Active platform
- Strong ownership mindset for production support and accountability
- Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in client-facing roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering IT or related field
