Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 8 or more years of Unified Communications experience
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Deep hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 Tenants including Exchange Online Teams SharePoint and OneDrive
- Automation and scripting experience with PowerShell and APIs
- Experience planning designing and implementing communications systems
- Willing to travel up to 10%

Day to day
- Lead the design modernization and optimization of Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity platforms including Teams SharePoint OneDrive and Exchange
- Drive complex M365 migrations and transformation programs from planning and cutover through stabilization
- Support AI and Copilot enablement by building governance guardrails and improving adoption across digital workplace tools
- Provide senior technical leadership mentorship and cross functional stakeholder communication across engineering security and operations teams
