Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of mobile production experience with a strong portfolio
- Fluent in Flutter and CI/CD pipeline and workflow management

- Design process that puts the human first using data and research
- Brilliant communicator able to rationalize design decisions and give/receive feedback
- Able to work independently in a small team with Founders/C-Suite
- Self-assured in building an advisory product handling sensitive data for high-expectation users
- Adaptable and willing to work on various engineering projects in an early-stage company
- Passion for or interest in conversational product luxury and AI
- Located in one of the UTC+4 to UTC-6 timezones
