- Deep knowledge of project governance resource planning portfolio management capacity planning or operational strategy
- Current or recent hands-on use of a planning or PPM platform such as Microsoft Project Planview Smartsheet Jira or ServiceNow
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to provide nuanced expert insight
- Exceptional written communication skills and high attention to detail

Day to day
- Share expert perspectives on project prioritisation resource allocation portfolio governance and operational planning
- Review planning and PMO scenarios including governance cycles capacity reviews milestone escalations and budget forecasting
- Provide informed feedback on tools workflows processes and frameworks used in Operations and PMO contexts
