Day to day

  • Own and execute back-end processing tasks that keep Customer Experience and the Onboarding and Service team running.
  • Deliver accurate operational work across document management data entry system administration and housekeeping.
  • Identify repetitive processes and propose improvements to reduce friction and support a smarter way of working.
  • Produce clear documentation and progress updates so work can be picked up easily and blockers are visible.
  • Develop working knowledge of CX tooling including Intercom and HubSpot and help unblock common issues across teams.
