Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in business administration international relations business development nonprofit management development client service account management or related field.
Prior experience in a nonprofit partnership-related role national-level experience preferred and international experience is a plus.
Experience with marketing and communications materials writing fundraising proposals and applying for grant applications.
Well organized with excellent time-management skills and commitment to deadlines.
Proactive and decisive approach to work and takes responsibility for deliverables.
Team player committed to achieving collective goals.
Experience using Salesforce for partnership management cultivation and engagement.
Work independently and effectively in high-pressure fast-paced environments handling multiple tasks across timezones.
Competence with Microsoft Office suite advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills essential.
Knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence tools preferred.

What the job involves
This role supports competitive bids (Requests for Proposals/Agreements) among U.S. government multilateral organizations state and local public entities for assigned markets to secure revenue for CORE's frontline efforts in Emergency Response and Preparedness Health Equity and Addressing Climate Change.
Collaborate with market partnership leads to track and identify relevant emerging opportunities support proposal development and coordination contribute to pipeline development conduct market research and lead annex coordination for proposal packages.
Support proposal processes including technical development research drafting narrative reviews and finalization coordinate annex development format and layout proposals and ensure all documentation aligns with donor requirements and criteria.
Liaise with partners to gather letters of support conduct desk reviews on strategic topics and research evidence-based approaches to program methodologies and support CORE’s pipeline expansion by identifying new bid opportunities and managing opportunity profiles in CORE’s CRM system.
Ensure proposal development stays on track through developing proposal calendars and using various methods such as meetings and emails and participate in lessons learned activities for process improvement.
