Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in human resources business or related field preferred
- At least two years of HR employee relations People operations or related experience
- Experience supporting employees and managers in fast-paced remote environments
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws HR policies and People practices
- Strong customer service and employee support mindset
- Excellent communication relationship management problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Ability to use discretion maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 10%

Day to day
- Partner closely with People Business Partners to guide employees on policies procedures and general People practices
- Manage shared inboxes and ticketing queues to triage inquiries follow up and resolve issues in a timely and professional way
- Support lower-complexity employee relations cases conduct fact finding maintain documentation and help coordinate investigations and follow-up actions
- Provide tactical administrative and reporting support across People programs while maintaining confidentiality consistency and compliance
