What the job involves
Create a welcoming workplace experience for new and existing employees.
Support processes relating to the entire employee lifecycle from sourcing and recruiting to separation.
Provide administrative support to the overall people function and report to the Senior Director of Human Resources.
Manage new hire process, onboarding, and Day-1 orientation.
Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and Facilities to equip new hires before their start date.
Ensure compliance with document completion including I-9 verification and required trainings.
Handle employee payments, benefits, employee events, training, and system updates.
