Requirements
- Deep expertise in UK employment law and employee relations
- Experience building people infrastructure at a growing company
- Comfort with tough conversations and coaching teams to excel or exit
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Product company background SaaS strongly preferred
- High scale startup experience 50 to 300 people and larger established company experience
- Hands on HRIS experience ideally HiBob with data integrity adoption and new features
- International hiring or EOR experience
- Experience with distributed or remote teams

Day to day
- Own and improve the full performance cycle including 360s reviews calibrations and compensation rounds
- Coach and develop managers across the business from new team leads to senior leaders
- Lead employee relations work with care and clarity including tough conversations PIPs and exits
- Evolve people infrastructure such as onboarding HRIS policies and the handbook while keeping processes simple and effective
- Partner with leadership on org design headcount talent strategy retention succession planning culture and engagement initiatives
