  • Deep expertise in UK employment law and employee relations
  • Experience building people infrastructure at a growing company
  • Comfort with tough conversations and coaching teams to excel or exit
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Product company background SaaS strongly preferred
  • High scale startup experience 50 to 300 people and larger established company experience
  • Hands on HRIS experience ideally HiBob with data integrity adoption and new features
  • International hiring or EOR experience
  • Experience with distributed or remote teams

Day to day

  • Own and improve the full performance cycle including 360s reviews calibrations and compensation rounds
  • Coach and develop managers across the business from new team leads to senior leaders
  • Lead employee relations work with care and clarity including tough conversations PIPs and exits
  • Evolve people infrastructure such as onboarding HRIS policies and the handbook while keeping processes simple and effective
  • Partner with leadership on org design headcount talent strategy retention succession planning culture and engagement initiatives
