Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience in fintech cloud infrastructure or large-scale distributed systems
  • Strong hands-on experience designing operating and scaling Kafka-based event-driven architectures
  • Deep expertise in distributed systems asynchronous processing and high-availability platform services
  • Production experience in AWS cloud environments and cloud-native infrastructure
  • Experience building developer platforms internal tooling or frameworks that help engineers move faster

Day to day

  • Design and operate core platform services that power high-scale distributed systems across the product ecosystem.
  • Architect, build, and manage Kafka-based event streaming systems for real-time data flows and mission-critical financial workflows.
  • Develop internal developer tooling and shared infrastructure that improve engineering velocity reliability and observability.
  • Build and evolve frameworks for agentic applications and collaborate with engineering data and AI teams in a secure cloud-native AWS environment.
