Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience owning a product or area end-to-end from discovery to measurable outcomes
  • Strong discovery skills using generative and evaluative methods and the ability to translate insight into product decisions
  • Experience with platform or B2B2C products serving multiple user types including user-facing applications and developer-facing services
  • Technical acumen for architecture and API discussions with ability to make informed trade-offs
  • Data fluency with metrics instrumentation and quantitative plus qualitative analysis
  • Hands-on experience with current AI tools including prompt engineering and clear judgment on when AI is appropriate
  • Strong written and verbal communication with clear opportunity assessments user stories and strategic framing
  • Stakeholder management in complex organisations with influence without authority

Day to day

  • Own product area(s) within a content authoring platform used to create assemble and reuse educational content at scale
  • Define the vision value proposition roadmap and outcome-driven goals for your area using user insight business priorities and platform strategy
  • Partner closely with engineering design data and business teams to discover problems test ideas deliver measurable outcomes and influence platform decisions
