Requirements

  • PMP certification required

Day to day

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Project Management Office matters with the client and coordinate governance across the account.
  • Develop, refine, and manage project governance while monitoring service level agreements and formal client communications.
  • Oversee PMO personnel, assign work, allocate resources, and provide forecasting to keep projects aligned with account goals.
  • Lead change control, schedule management, deliverable tracking, risk and issue management, and contractual status reporting.
