Product and Operations Analyst

Day to day

• Responsible for collecting analyzing and maintaining high-quality data to support various business functions including reporting product development commercialization efforts and claims data analysis
• Perform quality checks to ensure claims data meets the company's reporting standards and requirements
• Clean organize and process data to prepare it for invoicing reporting and other business needs
• Organize data into a meaningful structure for easy access and analysis by stakeholders
• Perform descriptive analyses of claims data to identify trends patterns and insights
• Collaborate with the product manager and other team members to monitor data quality and address discrepancies
• Create comprehensive reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide accurate insights
