Strong portfolio of shipped product design on complex systems-heavy products
Experience leading designers formally or informally
Strong craft across interaction visual design and information architecture
History of owning a domain end to end from ambiguity to shipped outcome
Judgment to know when to go deep and when to move
Autonomy to run an area without close management

Day to day

Lead the core merchant product experience for a global payments platform
Own experience strategy and set the quality bar across complex systems flows and states
Coach and develop a small team of product designers while staying hands-on with high-leverage design work
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape what gets built and why
Extend the design system and lead research to uncover non-obvious problems and improve the product experience
