Who you are

• 7+ Years of experience in product design with at least 2 years of managerial experience
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with expertise in visual hierarchy layout typography and color theory
• Knowledge of platform conventions for responsive Web iOS and Android
• Proficiency in design principles and best practices
• Strong collaboration and feedback skills
• Expertise in Figma and the ability to train others
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence different organizational levels
• Enthusiasm for reimagining women’s and family healthcare

What the job involves

• Lead the Product Design Team guiding and mentoring product designers in a high-performing team environment
• Set a vision for product design within the Care Delivery team and communicate strategic design initiatives
• Develop and execute a design strategy aligning with Maven’s goals
• Work closely with product managers to ensure design solutions meet business and user needs
• Champion user-centered design principles across all platforms
• Facilitate design reviews and provide feedback to enhance design quality
• Create and maintain design documentation and manage design assets
• Foster collaboration and improve design processes for optimal outcomes
