- Highly proficient in Figma

Day to day
- Own a core area of the Pencil platform end-to-end from discovery through shipped UI and iteration.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to rapidly define and deliver AI agents that solve real client problems and improve time-to-value.
- Design polished interfaces for AI-driven workflows and simplify complex interactions into clear predictable experiences.
- Work closely with engineers and commercial teams to validate ideas refine builds and raise usability across the Agent Marketplace.
