- Design and ship tools that help brokers and consumers evaluate and enroll in healthcare coverage
- Shape the broker experience across direct enrollment, consumer marketplace, and ICHRA tooling
- Collaborate with product managers engineers researchers data and operational stakeholders to move features from discovery to delivery
- Lead complex design work with strong craft interaction design and scalable design system thinking
