Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Finance Mathematics Statistics Actuarial Science Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience using PC software applications including Word Excel Access SAS or Adobe Professional
- Experience in at least two areas such as product development pricing underwriting claims marketing sales or technology team collaboration
- Knowledge of product pricing statistics or marketing techniques and theories
- Knowledge of department roles market research concepts reinsurance principles and ISO or similar rating bureau systems
- Ability to analyze data from numerous sources solve problems and meet reporting deadlines
- Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative market research and revise or develop P&C and membership programs
- Ability to communicate effectively present recommendations and collaborate across departments
- Ability to represent the department on inter-departmental teams and liaise with operations claims underwriting IT and product managers
- Ability to train and assist junior analysts

Day to day
- Provide product management support for assigned region across pricing statistical regulatory and marketing areas
- Gather monitor analyze and interpret data to identify issues opportunities and business improvements
- Participate in projects and develop recommendations for rate rule policy and product revisions
- Research industry legislation and emerging trends affecting property casualty insurance products and provide support to business units
- Create mock-ups of policyholder documents track revisions manage sign-off communication and report status to reviewers
