  • Expert knowledge of PDLC and Agile/Scrum for complex systems
  • Experience with ISO 13849 and IEC 61508 standards
  • Ability to manage hardware-software interfaces and controls integration
  • Proficiency with Monday.com and Jira
  • Experience with embedded systems and RTOS
  • Ability to support business development for government and industrial contracts
  • Strong collaborative leadership without direct authority

Day to day

  • Own the 12-month roadmap for the control and safety ecosystem, translating strategy into clear product direction and prioritized execution

  • Drive safety-critical architecture, regulatory readiness, and cross-functional alignment to deliver compliant, secure, high-reliability platform outcomes
