Day to day

Own outcomes for a Financial Operations sub-area over multiple quarters, driving product direction beyond backlog delivery
Define the problems worth solving by synthesising merchant feedback support data competitive moves and platform constraints
Plan and deliver initiatives independently making trade-offs on scope sequencing and quality while partnering closely with engineering design and GTM
Write specs that account for reconciliation breaks currency settlement complexity and launch readiness then iterate quickly using data and merchant feedback
