Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3+ years in a Product Manager or related role
- Practical Agile experience in an organization for at least 5 years
- Strong technical skills and ability to motivate development teams
- Strong communication skills for external stakeholders
- Experience with DevOps JIRA PPT and other tools
- UX or product development experience with customer platforms a plus

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end product management across the full lifecycle, from vision and planning through development, testing, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Translate business needs into epics, themes, features, and actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria for design and development teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to launch innovative product features, improve customer experience, and support strategic growth across platforms.
