Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Life Sciences Computer Science Business or related field
- 4+ years of experience in product management product ownership business analysis or related enterprise software roles
- 2+ years of experience with web-based workflow or configurable systems
- Experience working with Quality Management System processes such as CAPA Audit Document Control or Change Management
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle including requirements definition engineering QA and deployment
- Ability to translate business needs into clear actionable product requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Day to day
- Own the product backlog and define clear user stories for QMS applications
- Shape scalable enterprise quality features, workflows, and data models that support regulated industries
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, QA, validation, and customer-facing teams to deliver compliant and high-impact solutions
- Drive roadmap input, release planning, and continuous improvement for product adoption and operational quality
