Requirements
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical business or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in an execution-focused delivery role within a software R&D team
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Hands-on experience running sprint ceremonies
- Ability to write precise unambiguous user stories and acceptance criteria
- Demonstrated skill in breaking down large product initiatives into sprint-ready backlog items
- Excellent communication skills to translate between product strategy and engineering implementation
- Experience working within or alongside a healthcare or safety-focused technology product is a plus

Day to day
- Own and maintain a prioritized backlog for the Case & Notifications teams so stories are always sprint-ready.
- Translate validated product direction into clear implementation requirements that engineers can act on immediately.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies and manage delivery cadence to keep commitments on track and resolve blockers quickly.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Operations Marketing and adjacent teams to support releases readiness and continuous improvement.
