Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of software quality assurance experience
- Strong experience in manual and automated testing across SaaS platforms including NetSuite Salesforce and Workday
- Proficiency in at least one test automation framework
- Working knowledge of SOQL SQL Java Python or similar query and programming languages
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
- Experience with Jira for requirement and bug management
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Understanding of testing approaches for AI systems especially LLM evaluation
- Experience with database testing and data integration validation
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as UiPath or Work-Relay
- Knowledge of security testing principles and best practices
- Strong attention to detail analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Self-motivated and able to learn new systems quickly with minimal supervision

Day to day
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for MIS systems and projects across SaaS hosted and internal applications
- Perform manual functional regression integration user acceptance performance and load testing to verify quality and business alignment
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts while evaluating AI systems and LLM outputs for accuracy consistency and requirement fit
